Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. You will conduct audits, analyze performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Working with leadership, training teams, and support staff, you will help develop QA processes, reporting, and knowledge management resources, supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of related experience.
• Three or more years in quality assurance, auditing, or performance management.
• Experience conducting audits and monitoring for quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and root causes.
• Ability to prepare routine and ad hoc performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits for the quality assurance program to ensure quality metric requirements are met.
• Collaborate in developing new procedures and update existing procedures.
• Analyze reports on operational performance and provide solutions to identified issues.
• Develop and monitor routine and ad hoc project performance reports.
• Conduct monitoring activities and audits to support the project.
