Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve performance to ensure quality standards and contractual requirements are met in a fully remote role.

You will conduct audits, analyze data, and develop reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. US citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 3+ years of quality assurance, quality control, compliance monitoring, auditing, or related experience.
• Experience conducting audits and quality reviews to assess adherence to standards and contractual requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, gaps, and root causes.
• Ability to develop actionable recommendations and present them to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to ensure project quality metric requirements are met.
• Collaborate to develop and update procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze performance reports and provide solution recommendations.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc performance reports and research issues.
• Monitor QA activities and support project effectiveness.
• Develop corrective action plans based on data-driven findings.
• Assist with training and knowledge materials related to quality programs.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and drive improvement.
