Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and improve operational performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. This remote role emphasizes auditing, data analysis, and corrective actions to enhance service quality.

Reporting to operational leadership, you will collaborate with training teams, support staff, and stakeholders to maintain robust QA processes, generate actionable reports, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of quality assurance or related experience.
• Experience auditing and monitoring compliance with standards and contracts.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to develop corrective action plans and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to ensure project quality metric requirements are met.
• Collaborate in developing and updating procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze reports on operational performance and propose solutions.
• Produce routine and ad hoc performance reports for decision making.
• Perform monitoring activities to support project effectiveness.
• Identify trends in quality data and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor performance against contractual requirements using system tools.
• Develop and update staff knowledge resources and workflows.
• Assist with staff training to achieve quality program goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of quality initiatives and improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
