The role supports QA processes, reporting, knowledge management, and performance improvement initiatives across the organization. • Bachelors degree in relevant field and 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 3+ years in quality assurance, quality control, compliance monitoring, auditing, operations analysis, process improvement, or performance management.
• Experience conducting audits, quality reviews, and monitoring to evaluate compliance with standards and contractual requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct internal audits to ensure quality metric requirements are met.
• Develop and update procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze reports on operational performance and propose solutions.
• Produce routine and ad hoc performance reports and research issues.
• Monitor activities to support project functioning and quality assurance.
• Identify trends and develop corrective action plans.
• Assist in monitoring performance against contractual requirements using system applications.
• Develop staff knowledge materials and reference guides.
• Assist with staff training to achieve quality goals.
• Analyze effectiveness of key initiatives and quality improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
