Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. The role emphasizes audits, data analysis, and corrective actions to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.

You will work with leadership, training teams, and staff to develop QA processes, reporting, and knowledge management, driving continuous improvement through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality assurance, quality control, compliance monitoring, auditing, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated audits, quality reviews, and monitoring to ensure standards compliance.
• Strong analytical ability to identify trends and root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to ensure quality metric requirements are met.
• Collaborate to develop and update procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze performance reports and provide solutions to issues.
• Develop routine and ad hoc project performance reports.
• Monitor quality assurance activities and support project operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective action plans.
• Assist in monitoring performance against contractual requirements using system applications.
• Produce and update staff knowledge resources and workflows.
• Support staff training to achieve quality goals.
• Evaluate effectiveness of quality initiatives and improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
