Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a Call Center Representative (Remote) to provide courteous, accurate public responses via phone, email, or chat. This full-time role supports Federal Services with strict adherence to procedures and security requirements, including a Public Trust clearance process.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with at least one year in customer service, the ability to work 9am–9pm across time zones, and the option to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must hold an active Secret clearance or have held one in the past.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in high-volume or public-facing environment.
• Ability to work various shifts between 9am and 9pm across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate responses to public inquiries.
• Share only approved and verified information with the public, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions via phone, email, or chat.
• Document interactions accurately in the company's system for tracking and auditing.
• Stay up to date with changes to procedures, FAQs, or relevant information.
• Escalate and resolve issues with internal teams when beyond standard scope.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines during interactions.
