TeleSolv Consulting, LLC invites you to join our Federal Services team as a remote Call Center Representative supporting the Peace Corps. You will respond to public inquiries, share only approved information, and document interactions in our system according to established procedures.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, hold or have held an active secret clearance, have at least 1 year in customer service, and be able to work varied shifts between 9 am and 9 pm in U.S.

Formación

• US citizen required.
• Active secret clearance or past holder.
• At least 1 year in a customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems.
• Must live and work in one of the listed Texas locations.
• Willing to work varied shifts 9am–9pm across US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate responses to public inquiries, following established protocols and procedures.
• Share only approved and verified information with the public, ensuring communications are clear and compliant with policies.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions via phone, email, or chat.
• Document all interactions accurately in the company's system for tracking and auditing.
• Stay up to date with changes to procedures, FAQs, or relevant information.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues beyond standard scope.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines during customer interactions.
