Job summary

Samsara is seeking a remote Senior Account Executive to drive new business across the Southwest US. You will own deals from prospecting to close, building executive-level relationships and navigating multi-stakeholder approvals for high-value, complex deals.

You’ll demonstrate a disciplined, solution-focused sales process, from initial qualification through to contract, while outbound prospecting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
• Experience selling full-cycle sales into complex environments (preferably within Public Sector - Local Gov, K-12, Higher Education).
• Must have a strong track record of overachievement to quota.
• Cold calling, generating outreach, building relationships excites you.
• Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology.
• Must be able to travel up to twice per quarter for onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop Executive-Level relationships within your territory.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
• Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns.
• Strategically outbound prospect.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
