Job summary

Samsara is hiring a remote Senior Sales role covering the Southwest region. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, engaging executives and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes solution-based selling, strong relationship building, and a focus on long-term customer value. Applicants should have 2+ years in full-cycle sales, experience in complex environments (Public Sector preferred), and comfort with travel, public speaking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years in full-cycle, closing sales.
• Experience selling into complex environments (public sector preferred).
• Comfort with executive-level engagements and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Willingness to travel up to twice per quarter for on-sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop Executive-Level relationships within your territory.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end from prospecting to close.
• Demonstrate solution-based sales in complex campaigns.
• Champion Samsara culture and grow customer success.
• Travel as needed for on-site engagements and executive meetings.
