Benefitfocus, Inc., a Voya company, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build high-trust relationships with Benefitfocus customers, drive retention, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes. This fully remote role emphasizes SaaS, benefits administration, and strategic planning to maximize customer value.

You will act as an extension of the customer's team, ensuring successful outcomes and long-term partnerships across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Vendor Management, Account Management, or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers with high complexity and intensity.
• Ability to establish, maintain, and grow broad and deep relationships within accounts.
• Ability to align customer success definitions with Benefitfocus solutions.
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and meet customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors through all lifecycle stages.
• Lead operations meetings, provide training, and coordinate with vendors to support ongoing needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advocate for vendors based on developments.
• Demonstrate governance and product knowledge of Benefitfocus solutions and platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address customer priorities, timelines, and quality.
• Drive annual open enrollment success by partnering with customers on actionable plans and milestones.
• Meet or exceed targeted customer retention metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Own and manage a defined book of vendors for customers.
