Job summary

Businessolver is seeking a Client Services Lead to drive exceptional client relationships and service delivery from a fully remote setup in the United States. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and production teams, lead client trainings, and ensure comprehensive documentation and communication of goals and timelines.

The role requires 5+ years of client-facing experience in employee benefits, strong PM skills, and proficiency with HRIS/payroll and benefits systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience directly with clients in employee benefits/benefit administration.
• College degree or equivalent.
• Strong project management experience, especially with technology projects.
• Deep understanding of benefit administration and employee benefit programs.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and production teams, communicating goals, objectives, and timelines.
• Conduct and manage client calls and provide new client administrator training.
• Maintain client documentation including SOPs and process materials.
• Stay updated on product releases, updates, and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients on product updates and provide consultation with the Client Success Leader.
• Deliver clear communication on system functionalities, industry news, and project initiatives.
