Job summary

Businessolver seeks a Client Services Lead to drive strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service in a fully remote role. You will coordinate with production teams, deliver training, and manage client documentation while staying current on product updates and system functionalities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client-facing benefits roles, solid project management, and a consultative approach to client solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in employee benefits/benefit administration.
• Strong project management experience with technology projects.
• Deep understanding of benefit administration and related programs.
• Tech-savvy and able to explain complex concepts to clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and production teams with clear goals and timelines.
• Conduct client calls and provide new administrator training for clients.
• Maintain client documentation including SOPs and process materials.
• Stay updated on product releases, updates, and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients on product updates and advise with the Client Success Leader.
• Deliver clear communication on system functionalities and project initiatives.
• Drive service delivery improvements across all teams to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate Annual Enrollment activities with clients and internal teams.
• Support sales during finalist meetings and prospect visits.
• Identify training needs and provide support to the Service Center team.
• Ensure clients love the Businessolver experience.
