Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits with at least 3 years in sales and strategic account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• State Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Experience with level-funded/self-funded plans, PBM solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand services and products within an assigned client portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on client needs and market insights.
• Achieve/exceed retention and revenue growth targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers within client organizations.
