In this fully remote role, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive open enrollment projects, and translate customer needs into actionable plans while staying ahead of industry trends and maximizing the value of the Benefitfocus platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Vendor Management, Account Management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of customers with complexity and intensity.
• Proven ability to establish, maintain, and grow relationships within customer accounts.
• Ability to align customer definitions of success with Benefitfocus solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers/vendors across the lifecycle to maximize outcomes and retention.
• Lead ongoing operations meetings, provide training, and coordinate vendors to support customer needs.
• Stay informed on industry and tech trends and advocate for vendors based on developments.
• Demonstrate governance knowledge of Benefitfocus products, processes, and infrastructure.
• Lead internal Benefitfocus teams to coordinate cross-functional partners around customer priorities.
• Drive annual open enrollment planning with owners, timelines, and measurements.
