Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Customer Service Manager for remote work, serving State and Local Public Safety agencies. You will partner across product lines, focusing on Command Center Software Solutions, removing obstacles, and driving issue resolution.

The role covers VESTA 9-1-1, VESTA NXT, and VESTA NXT Router customers with up to 25% travel in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate has strong 9-1-1 experience, is able to explain complex technical problems, and collaborates

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of both legacy and Next Generation 9-1-1 environments.
• Experience using or administering the VESTA 9-1-1 call handling suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of service agreements and deployment of field resources.
• Manage escalations and ensure service delivery to public safety agencies.
• Coordinate technical changes and upgrades with customers and internal teams.
• Provide reviews of service requests and report on technical performance.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to maintain account health and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success and CMSO Support teams.
