The role emphasizes removal of obstacles, proactive issue resolution, and best-practice service delivery across the VESTA 9-1-1 and related products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with Public Safety experience, or 6 years Public Safety software experience.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance and work authorization in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work remotely in the Northeast region.
• Experience with VESTA 9-1-1 call handling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall account health of State and Local Public Safety agencies.
• Drive issue resolution and service delivery across multiple product lines.
• Escalation management and coordination of field resources.
• Coordinate technical changes, upgrades, and reconfigurations with customers.
• Provide technical performance reviews and communicate complex solutions clearly.
• Act as trusted technical advisor and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support teams.
