Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Customer Service Manager for our State and Local Public Safety accounts. The role focuses on driving issue resolution, service delivery, and best practices across multiple Command Center Software Solutions with emphasis on VESTA products.

The position is fully remote with travel up to 25% in the Northeast, and preference for candidates in NJ, NY, PA, or CT. Collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of legacy and Next Generation 9-1-1 environments.
• Experience using VESTA 9-1-1 solutions.
• Ability to obtain government background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage account health and service delivery for state/local agencies.
• Coordinate resources, escalate issues, and drive resolutions.
• Act as trusted technical advisor with cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 25% in the Northeast region.
