Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Customer Service Manager to manage the overall account health for State and Local Public Safety agencies. The role is fully remote with about 25% travel in the Northeast and a strong preference for candidates in NJ, NY, PA, and CT.

You will partner across product lines, focusing on Command Center Solutions, ensuring service delivery, guiding technical best practices, and maintaining customer satisfaction while coordinating with Sales, Product,

Qualifications

• Experience with Public Safety software environments.
• Strong understanding of legacy and Next Generation 9-1-1 environments.
• Ability to obtain government background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own account health for State and Local Public Safety agencies.
• Remove obstacles and drive issue resolution for multiple product lines.
• Coordinate technical changes and upgrades with customers and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers.
• Escalation management and reporting on service requests.
• Travel up to 25% within Northeast region.
