Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Software Customer Service Manager to oversee the health of State and Local Public Safety accounts. This remote role focuses on Command Center Solutions, removing obstacles, driving issue resolution, and ensuring service delivery for VESTA 9-1-1 and related products.

Primary travel is up to 25% within the Northeast region; preferred based in PA, WV, VA, MD, DE, or DC. Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering and CMSO teams to support customer success.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of legacy and Next Generation 9-1-1 environments.
• Experience using or administering the VESTA 9-1-1 call handling suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the account health of State and Local Public Safety agencies.
• Lead issue resolution and drive service delivery across multiple product lines.
• Coordinate technical changes and upgrade plans with customer and internal teams.
• Escalation management and reporting on technical performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and CMSO teams.
