Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Customer Service Manager for the Command Center Solutions Services team. This fully remote role serves State and Local Public Safety agencies, focusing on VESTA 9-1-1 solutions, with about 25% travel in the Northeast region.

The successful candidate will manage service delivery, drive issue resolution, and act as a trusted technical advisor, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience in both legacy and Next Generation 9-1-1 environments.
• Experience using or administering the VESTA 9-1-1 call handling suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Owns execution of service agreements and escalation management for customers.
• Drives issue resolution and ensures quality of service delivery.
• Coordinates technical changes with customer and internal teams across cloud releases.
• Maintains awareness of complex service matters and provides performance reviews.
• Acts as trusted technical advisor focused on account health and success.
