Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Customer Service Manager for the State and Local Public Safety sector. The role focuses on preventing obstacles and driving issue resolution across multiple VESTA product lines, with emphasis on Command Center Software Solutions.

The position is fully remote with about 25% travel in the Northeast, and a strong preference for candidates in NJ, NY, PA, or CT. You will partner with sales, product, engineering, deployment, and CMSO teams to ensure high-value

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience in both legacy and Next Generation 9-1-1 environments.
• Experience using or administering the VESTA 9-1-1 call handling suite of products.
• High School diploma or equivalent with Public Safety experience, or 6 years of Public Safety software experience.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for execution of service agreements and deployment of field resources.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure service delivery.
• Manage escalations and coordinate technical changes across teams.
• Maintain awareness of complex service matters and provide reviews of service requests.
• Explain technical problems and solutions to team/client members clearly.
• Travel up to 25% in Northeast region.
