Job summary

Axon is seeking a seasoned Deployment Engineer to join our Global Operations team. You will lead on-site and remote deployments of our real-time emergency service platforms for 911 PSAPs, ensuring successful implementations.

You will train customers, work with engineering on complex solutions, and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Support. This role requires strong technical depth and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a technical VoIP role (PBX, Call Center).
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
• Provide advanced training and knowledge transfer to customers during deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on complex solutions and troubleshooting.
• Be a trusted advisor and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
• Improve deployment processes and documentation for scalability.
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Customer Success and Support.
