Job summary

Axon is seeking a Professional Services Engineer for 911 Systems (Remote) to deploy and optimize cloud-based 911 solutions for public safety clients. You will lead end-to-end deployments, train customers, and collaborate with engineering to resolve complex issues.

The role requires 8+ years in VoIP, strong AWS experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States. A technical bachelor’s degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 8+ years of experience in a technical VoIP role (PBX, Call Center).
• Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
• Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers.
