Job summary

Axon is hiring for a remote US role within Global Operations to deploy and integrate real-time emergency service platforms for 911 PSAPs. You will lead onsite and remote installations of Carbyne's SaaS products and provide technical training and support.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in VoIP tech, strong AWS experience, and proven project delivery capabilities, with the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a technical role related to VoIP (PBX, Call Center).
• Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network infrastructure including routers, firewalls and the OSI model.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
• Work with customers to understand needs and ensure successful implementations.
• Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer during deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on complex solutions and troubleshooting.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
• Champion a customer-centric approach within the team.
• Continuously improve deployment processes and documentation.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
