Job summary

Axon is seeking a senior deployment-focused professional to lead end-to-end deployments of cloud call-handling solutions for 911-related platforms. You will train customers, work with engineering on complex issues, and act as a trusted advisor during and after deployment.

The role requires a technical background in VoIP and AWS, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, travel up to 50%, and collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in a technical VoIP-related role (PBX, Call Center).
• Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and the OSI model.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand needs and ensure successful implementations.
• Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers during deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical solutions and troubleshooting.
• Be a trusted advisor to our customers and provide post-implementation support.
