Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Proposal Writer to craft persuasive, compliant proposals that clearly articulate our value and differentiators. You will collaborate with the Bid Manager and industry SMEs to drive high-quality narratives across executive summaries, solution descriptions, and compliance matrices.

The role supports remote work with flexible hours Monday–Friday, with occasional travel for collaboration or training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven industries and proposal environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the tone, flow, and strategic messaging across all proposal content.
• Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to identify requirements.
• Develop tailored win themes and persuasive messaging aligned to client needs.
• Write and edit executive summaries, solutions descriptions, cover letters, and compliance matrices.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to shape win themes and resolve hurdles.
• Identify content gaps and translate SME input into clear client-facing content.
• Propose visuals to enhance storytelling and structure.
