PSI Services is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to craft persuasive, fully compliant responses that win business in a complex market. You will translate client requirements into compelling narratives and partner with the Bid Manager to drive timelines and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven industries and proposal environments.

Responsabilités

• Own tone, flow, and strategic messaging across all proposal content.
• Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Develop tailored win themes and persuasive messaging aligned to client needs.
• Write and edit executive summaries, solution descriptions, and compliance matrices.
• Collaborate with Business Development and SMEs to shape win themes and ensure relevance.
