Job summary

PSI Services in the United States is seeking a Proposal Writer who crafts persuasive, compliant proposals that clearly articulate our value and differentiators. You will own narrative development and collaborate with the Bid Manager to deliver high-impact content on complex opportunities.

The role is full-time and remote with occasional travel. Candidates should have 3+ years in strategic writing for proposals, a Bachelor’s degree, excellent editing skills, and the ability to simplify technical

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in proposal or technical writing.
3+ years of strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.
Familiarity with compliance-driven industries and proposal environments.
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear client-focused content.

Responsibilities

Own tone, flow, and strategic messaging across all proposal content.
Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to identify requirements.
Develop win themes and persuasive messaging aligned to client needs.
Write and edit executive summaries, solution descriptions, and compliance matrices.
Collaborate with Business Development teams and SMEs to shape win themes.
Translate SME input into clear content for client audiences; ask smart questions.
Review SME-provided text for voice and consistency with brand.
Propose visuals to enhance storytelling and structure complex ideas.
Manage full proposal lifecycle from analysis to submission when needed.
