Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Proposal Writer to craft persuasive, fully compliant proposals in a remote US setting. You’ll transform client requirements into compelling narratives, working with the Bid Manager to drive timelines and quality.

You’ll join a collaborative team focused on win themes, value propositions, and disciplined content development, with flexibility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven industries and proposal environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the tone, flow, and strategic messaging across all proposal content.
• Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Develop tailored win themes and value propositions aligned to client needs.
• Write and edit executive summaries, solution descriptions, and compliance matrices.
• Collaborate with Business Development, SMEs, and Bid Manager to shape winning content.
• Manage full proposal lifecycle when needed, ensuring quality and compliance.
