PSI Services is seeking a Proposal Writer to craft persuasive, compliant responses and win strategies for complex opportunities. You will collaborate with the Bid Manager to manage timelines, editorial quality, and stakeholder alignment while delivering high-impact proposals that clearly articulate value and differentiators.

The role supports remote work with Monday–Friday hours and occasional travel for collaboration or training.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven industries and proposal environments.

Mansioni

• Own the tone, flow, and strategic messaging across all proposal content.
• Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Develop tailored win themes, value propositions, and persuasive messaging.
• Write and edit all narrative sections—executive summaries, solution descriptions, cover letters, compliance matrices, etc.
• Work closely with Business Development teams and other SMEs to shape win themes.
• Customize reusable content to ensure relevance and strategic fit.
• Translate SME input into clear, digestible content for client audiences.
• Review SME-provided text for voice, style, and consistency with brand goals.
• Propose visuals to enhance storytelling and structure complex ideas.
• Manage a full proposal lifecycle from analysis to final submission.
