Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to craft persuasive, compliant proposals and transform client requirements into compelling narratives. You will work with the Bid Manager to drive timelines and ensure client-focused, high-impact submissions.

The role supports remote work with occasional travel for collaboration or training, with flexible hours Monday–Friday. A strong emphasis on storytelling, compliance, and collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.
• Experience in compliance-driven industries and proposal environments.
• Strong editing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own tone, flow, and strategic messaging across all proposal content.
• Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to identify requirements.
• Develop tailored win themes, value propositions, and persuasive messaging.
• Write and edit narrative sections—executive summaries, solution descriptions, cover letters, compliance matrices, etc.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams and other SMEs to shape win themes and resolve hurdles.
• Translate SME input into clear, client-ready content; ensure content is relevant and correctly sequenced.
