Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) for remote work in the United States. You will investigate and settle both personal and commercial property losses, coordinating with adjusters and contractors to ensure timely resolutions.

Responsibilities include communicating with policyholders, verifying coverage, and supporting catastrophe claims while maintaining regulatory compliance and consistent productivity. A strong emphasis on service and collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent.
• College degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, and negotiation.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses within six months.
• Experience handling commercial property claims.
• Continuing insurance education through IIA or CPCU encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property claims, including ALE and business income.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other internal channels.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback.
• Follow established procedures for coverage, loss investigation, valuation, reporting and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets for claim elements per month.
• Support catastrophe claims across the service territory, including travel.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriters, marketing and other stakeholders.
