Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an experienced Inside Property Claims Adjuster for a full-time remote role based in the United States. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property claims for personal and commercial losses, coordinating with contractors and independent adjusters as needed.

You will work with internal teams to ensure compliance with policy coverage and regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and meet productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as inside property claims specialist or equivalent.
• Knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property products, policy coverage.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and meet productivity targets.
• Willingness to obtain required adjuster licenses within six months.
• Location reside in eligible U.S. state listed.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims including structure, contents, ALE, and business income.
• Deliver customer-focused service via phone and channels.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections.
• Support resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback.
• Maintain compliance with claims procedures and documentation.
• Meet productivity targets of 70–85 claim elements per month.
• Contribute to catastrophe response across service territory.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, marketing and others.
• Obtain and maintain required state licenses within six months.
