Jobgether is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) for a fully remote role in the United States. The position covers personal and commercial property losses with responsibilities to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims by phone and other channels.

You will coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters while ensuring compliance with policy, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.

Formación

• Experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent in insurance.
• College degree or equivalent in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement practices.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property insurance products, policy coverage, and claims-handling procedures.
• Ability to investigate thoroughly, assess documentation and damages, and reach settlements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses within six months.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve property claims, review losses, assess coverage, estimate damages, negotiate settlements, and close claims.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels, explain decisions, and provide a professional experience.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections and expertise.
• Assist resolution specialists with tasks, including contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations.
• Maintain compliance and documentation per established procedures.
• Meet productivity targets by closing 70 claim elements per month (85 for contents-focused roles).
• Support catastrophe claims operations as needed and travel when required.
