Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States. This full-time, remote role investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves personal and commercial property claims (including ALE, contents, scheduled property, and business income) via phone and other remote channels.

You will work with independent adjusters, preferred contractors, and internal teams to verify coverage, assess damages, value losses, and settle

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an inside property claims specialist in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of claims investigation, valuation and settlement.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims (personal and commercial).
• Communicate with policyholders via phone and remote channels.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback.
• Follow established procedures for coverage verification and negotiation.
• Meet productivity targets for completed claim elements monthly.
• Support catastrophe claims operations as needed.
