Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States. The role handles both personal and commercial property losses, delivering customer-focused service through remote channels and coordinating with external adjusters and contractors.

The position requires strong investigative judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a steady monthly workload. Applicants must reside in an eligible U.S.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and settlement abilities.
• Good organization and workload management to handle multiple claims.
• Willingness to obtain required adjuster licenses within six months.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property claims, including structural damage, contents, ALE, and business income.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels to explain decisions and provide a professional claims experience.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for field inspections and external expertise.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation, depreciation holds, and other tasks leading to resolution.
• Maintain strict documentation and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet productivity targets (70–85 elements per month, depending on role focus).
• Support catastrophe response across the service territory, including travel when required.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth processes.
