Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States. This remote, full-time role investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves property insurance claims for personal and commercial losses, coordinating with contractors and independent adjusters to support timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience as inside property claims specialist or equivalent in insurance.
• College degree or equivalent in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property insurance products and procedures.
• Proven ability to investigate, document, assess damages, and reach settlements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organization, can manage multiple claims and meet targets.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses within six months.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims for personal and commercial losses.
• Deliver customer-focused claims service via phone and remote channels.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters.
• Support resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback.
• Follow established claims procedures for coverage, investigation, valuation, and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets, closing an average of 70–85 elements per month.
• Support catastrophe claims operations across service territory.
• Collaborate across teams with agents, underwriting, and sales.
