Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States. The role investigates, negotiates, and resolves property insurance claims via phone and remote channels, for personal and commercial losses, including ALE and business income.

You will coordinate with independent adjusters, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely settlements while ensuring policy coverage and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree or equivalent in insurance or business.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims including structural damage, contents, ALE, and business income.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels, explaining claim decisions.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections and timely service.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation calculations.
• Follow established procedures for communication, investigation, valuation, and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets for claim elements per month (70, or 85 for contents).
• Support catastrophe claims operations as needed, including travel.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, marketing, and colleagues.
