Job summary

Travelers is launching an Associate Claim Rep, Outside Property program, designed to train you in claim handling, customer service and policy interpretation.

You will work remotely, with assignments across residential and commercial locations, and rotate through supervised claim handling. This nine‑to‑12 month program builds skills toward full claims responsibility and licensing requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering policies, claims processes and tools.
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third parties.
• Determine and apply coverage for building damages per policy terms.
