Travelers is offering an Associate Claim Rep, Outside Property program focused on training in first-party property claims handling. The role is remote with work at homes and Travelers offices, and includes structured instruction, supervision, and eventual progression to independent claims handling after 9–12 months.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, customer service or insurance exposure, and a willingness to obtain a state license.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; internship or work experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required plus one year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.

Responsabilidades

• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under direct supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
