Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Internship or work experience in customer service or insurance.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn claims software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering policies and claims processes.
• Review and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and witnesses.
• Determine coverage and establish damages within policy terms.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems.
