Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in structured training covering insurance policies and claims processes.
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers.
• Learn to determine coverage and estimate damages per policy terms.
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in the management system.
