Travelers is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Outside Property to service insureds/agents around Prescott, AZ. The role offers remote-based training and a pathway to independent claims handling after a 9–12 month program.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and willingness to obtain required licenses. You will learn through structured training and handle 1st party property claims with supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn claims management and estimating software.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional communication.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement within established authority.
• Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured training on insurance policies, claims processes, and tools.
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third parties.
• Learn to determine coverage and establish damages per policy terms.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems.
