Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Outside Property to join our Prescott, AZ team. The role includes structured training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation while developing skills to manage 1st party property claims.

You'll work remotely with a mix of residential, commercial sites and possibly travel to Travelers offices. A 9–12 month program leads toward independent claims handling with licensing opportunities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and internship/work in customer service or insurance preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies, claims processes and tools.
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third parties.
• Learn to determine coverage and establish damages for estimates.
• Maintain records in claim management systems and communicate with customers, claimants, and internal stakeholders.
