Travelers in the United States is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Outside Property, to join a 9–12 month training program focused on 1st party property claims, with remote work options and potential progression to full claims handling.

You will learn claim handling, policy interpretation, and customer service, plus use of claim systems while gaining required licenses within three months; some travel may be required to support customers across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; internship or work experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
• Willingness to obtain active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn claims software.

Responsabilités

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies, claim processes, systems, and procedures.
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers.
• Learn to determine coverage for building damages per policy terms and establish scope of damages.
