Job summary

Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to run the day-to-day operations for PSA Verified and Vault as a Service.

You will own the production pipeline, track inventory, manage procurements, and coordinate across Vault, Purchasing, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure timely shipments. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in operations or logistics, and the ability to handle multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy in billing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, logistics, supply-chain, fulfillment, or e-commerce coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams to meet deadlines.
• Experience with partner-facing communications and revenue reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the production pipeline end-to-end, scheduling and tracking all series and deliveries.
• Serve as the ops contact for partners, tracking inventory flow and shipping updates.
• Manage packaging, procurement, PR/PO cycles, and vendor invoicing.
• Support revenue reporting and monthly invoice tracking; ensure timely closes.
• Coordinate design approvals and marketing deliverables for production readiness.
• Triage production, shipping, and inventory issues; drive resolutions.
