Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Vault Operations to own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Vault and Warehouse Management systems. You will partner with grading, shipping, marketplace, and operations teams to drive opportunities that scale, improve reliability, and enhance the customer experience.

You will lead strategy, define success metrics, and collaborate with engineering to deliver high-impact improvements while applying AI to automation and throughput gains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with scale in operations-related products.
• Experience shipping and owning end-to-end product lifecycle in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into usable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational support and continuous improvements for Vault and WMS.
• Define and execute end-to-end product vision and strategy for Vault/WMS.
• Lead improvements in inbound Receiving, Storage, Pick/Pack, Outbound, Inventory accuracy.
• Strengthen handoffs between Grading, Shipping, Vault, and Marketplace.
• Improve customer experience by clear visibility of card status and movement.
• Translate strategy into priorities, specs, and user stories; drive delivery.
• Define metrics, run experiments, and make data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate across PSA enterprise to reduce cross-system friction.
