Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Vault Processing Lead for the PSA Vault Operations team in New Castle, DE. This hands-on leadership role runs shifts, mentors staff and ensures meticulous handling of every item through processing and shipping workflows.

You will supervise daily operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and communicate with Client Partners on services and condition assessments while upholding the highest standards of care for collectors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree preferred.
Strong attention to detail and research skills.
Leadership and mentoring experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Catalog incoming inventory with meticulous attention to detail and identify graded vs. ungraded items.
Lead shifts in the absence of supervisors and mentor team members.
Monitor shift metrics such as throughput, shipments, and work remaining for next shift.
Research items and communicate with Client Partners about services and condition assessments.
Perform inventory audits, quality checks and ensure items are tracked accurately.
Pack, ship and handle inventory following prescribed methods and safety practices.
