You will own the full product lifecycle for PSA Vault and Warehouse Management (WMS) systems, partnering with Grading, Marketplace, and Operations to prioritize opportunities that add value for internal and external customers. Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with a track record of shipping and scaling products with measurable impact.
• Senior IC experience at a high-growth company.
• Experience building and operating systems that support physical operations at scale (fulfillment, logistics, warehouse management, inventory).
• Operations fluency meets systems thinking.
• Understand physical-operations platforms and levers that move throughput, accuracy, and cost at scale.
• Data-driven decision-maker with quantitative rigor.
• Ability to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and effective interfaces.
• Experience leveraging AI to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operational support and systemic continuous improvements.
• Establish collaborative relationships with Vault Operations leaders and support ongoing requests for issue resolution or improvements.
• Serve as the accountable leader for reliability, roadmap and improvements of Vault and WMS.
• Define a unified vision for Vault and WMS that serves Operations at scale and provides customers clear visibility.
• Build the operational backbone and optimize the flow between systems.
• Coordinate delivery across Vault, Grading, Shipping, Marketplace, and Operations; translate strategy into priorities and user stories.
• Instrument, track, and iterate with defined success metrics and experiments.
