Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Director of Growth for the PSA Vault team in Santa Ana. You will own the vault's growth agenda and scale the asset base beyond incremental gains, turning strategy into a tangible customer experience.

You will lead partnerships, drive expansion into new markets, and build operational workflows with Ops, Product, Finance, and Marketing. A hands-on leader who can manage cross-functional programs will thrive.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth leadership experience.
• Experience scaling supply base or customer acquisition.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational workflows and customer-facing experiences.
• Experience building external partnerships in retail, channel, or supply-side businesses.
• Strong program management and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnerships to bring new supply and channels into the vault.
• Drive vault expansion into new international geographies with Strategy & BD and cross-functional teams.
• Own the customer experience for new supply channels and markets.
• Identify premium services and drive implementation with Finance, Product, and Ops.
• Coordinate roadmap priorities with Product & Technology to deliver customer-facing changes.
• Partner with Marketing to craft go-to-market plans for new features, categories, or geographies.
• Build and manage a small team focused on strategic projects and growth.
